The Origin

The story behind Manzi OS.

Manzi OS is a product of Flexero Ltd — the AI and automation company at the heart of the Manzi Group. It was designed, built, and battle-tested running a real group of businesses across multiple countries and sectors.

The founder faced the problem that every ambitious multi-company founder eventually faces: the operational complexity of scale outpaces the capacity of any individual to manage it effectively.

The existing tools didn't solve it. CRMs tracked contacts. Dashboards displayed yesterday's data. Management consultants produced reports three weeks after the fact. None of them provided what was actually needed: an executive intelligence layer that understood the specific businesses, monitored them in real time, and gave clear actions every morning.

So Flexero built it. Every feature was created because a real business needed it. Every alert was designed because a real breach had to be caught. Every agent was built because a real business function needed autonomous coverage.

In 2026, following proven performance across the entire Manzi Group, Manzi OS opened to the world.
